Crystal Coast Media & Publishing is not an open-submission platform in which
We ONLY work with authors who are ready to move with intention, professionalism, and clarity.

Our role is to provide a platform: not to convince, chase, or carry projects forward.

The Selection Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Submit your inquiry with basic information about your book and goals, see form below.

Step 2: Review & Alignment

We assess:

  • Market positioning

  • Concept strength

  • Alignment with our platform

Not all submissions move forward.

Step 3: Invitation to Join

If selected, you will receive an official invitation outlining:

  • Platform structure

  • Expectations

  • Next steps

Step 4: Decision Window (4 Days)

You will have 4 days (96 hours) to make your decision. This timeframe is intentional. We work with authors who are decisive and ready to move forward, opportunities are not held indefinitely.

If we do not receive a response within this window, the invitation will expire and will not be reissued.

Due to limited capacity, not all submissions will be accepted.

This is not about pressure, it is about alignment. Authors who succeed on this platform:

  • Move quickly

  • Communicate clearly

  • Execute consistently

Positioning Matters

We are building a curated, high-quality publishing environment. That requires discipline; not volume. We are not focused on the number of authors we are focused on the right authors.

Final Note

If you are ready, we move forward. If you are unsure, take your time; this may not be the right moment. Both are acceptable; however, Crystal Coast Media & Publishing may not be the right fit for every author.
