E-Book Download Policy

After purchasing an e-book from Crystal Coast Media and Publishing, not directly from the author’s book store, you will receive a secure download link for your file.

Once you click the download link for the first time, the link will remain active for 24 hours. During that time, you may download the file again if needed (for example, if the download was interrupted or you need to save it to another device).

After the 24-hour period, the download link will expire for security purposes. However, any files you have already downloaded will remain yours to keep and read anytime on your device.

Printed Books

Printed books are made in-house and may take two weeks or more to process, print, and ship depending on order volume. At this time, bulk orders are not available for Crystal Portee books.

If multiple customers order physical copies, processing times may increase. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. When your book ships, you will receive a shipping notification email from:

For security purposes, no other email address will be used to notify you about the shipment of your order.
